EuroParcs Markermeer is located at a fantastic location in North Holland, look out over the beautiful Dutch waters, where flute ships used to sail. The fact that these ships no longer sail here, certainly doesn't mean that this place has lost its charm. The Markermeer is one of the most beautiful parts of the Netherlands.

From our chalet you can take a swim in the lake or enjoy the sun while relaxing on the lawn. The little ones will also have a great time on the playgrounds. The West-Frisian environment of EuroParcs Markermeer offers many leisure activities. You can enjoy beautiful hikes and bicycle tours in this picturesque and wooded landscape!

Enkhuizen

Everything in the historical center of Enkhuizen reminds us of the height of the Golden Age of the Dutch Empire: from the beautiful monumental buildings to the imposing defenses. If you are into history don't miss the Zuiderzee museum: an excellent activity for the whole family. After that, give some tradition Dutch games a try such as hooping and skittles. And, of course you have to take a selfie wearing those famous Dutch wooden shoes and traditional Dutch clothing.
